To all those not yet registered at the PAGE web-site or with outdated e-mail
addresses, with my apologies for spamming properly registered PAGE members:
The preliminary program for next year's PAGE meeting in Athens Greece to be
held from 7-10 June 2011, is now online at www.page-meeting.org.
Registration will start on Monday, 17 January 2011 at 9 o'clock in the
morning Athens time (GMT+2). In contrast to last year, you will not be
transferred to the local organisers (AFEA S.A.) web-site automatically.
You need to register at the PAGE web-site and wait at least 2 hours for the
(manual) transport of information from the PAGE web-site to the local
organisers. Once this transfer has taken place you will be able to log into
the AFEA web-site (www.afea.gr/page2011) with your usual PAGE
login-credentials, pay your registration fee (credit cards only!) and
reserve your hotel room. Please note that registration fees are not
refundable and you need to pay them at the AFEA web-site within 14 days of
registration at the PAGE web-site or you will be put on the waiting list.
Hotel rooms can be booked and paid at the AFEA web-site up to a month prior
to the meeting but we strongly recommend that you reserve a room as early as
possible because of expected limited availability of hotel rooms in Athens
at the time of the meeting. An overview of hotels and prices can be
downloaded from the PAGE web-site
( http://www.page-meeting.org/page/page2011/PAGE2011hotels.pdf).
We are looking forward to another great meeting.
Kind regards and seasons greetings!
Rik Schoemaker
On behalf of the PAGE organising committee
