Dear NM users
Brand new to NONMEM, I'm looking for litterature references about the
mathematical and statistical part behind NONMEM.
French statistician PhD student, I'm looking for information about both :
1. the way to estimate the parameters and
2. optimal experimental design,
in the very case treated by NONMEM, i.e. systems of nonlinear differential
equations _which have no closed form solution.
Any help much appreciated,
