When I run NonMem Using PDx-POP and look at the excel
output, I observed that the DV column substitues a
zero for missing cells. This is particularly irksome
in the rows where dose is added.
e.g
Input file:
ID AMT TIME DV
1 20 0 .
1 . 0 0.5
Excel output
ID AMT TIME DV IPRED
1 20 0 0 0.3
1 . 0 0.5 0.3
This messes up my plots
Does any one know how to avoid this.
Thanks,
Dan

Dan,
This is not a PDx-Pop (or Excel) issue. This is the NONMEM default output
as found in the $TABLE output you have asked for in your control stream. As
far as the Excel plots are concerned, the PDx-Pop macro filters the table
output keyed on the WRES (being not equal to zero) The DOSE records are
effectively removed from the plots and should not be a problem for the
PDx-Pop generated diagnostic plots. If you are generating non-default
plots, simply use the filter function in Excel to remove DOSE records from
your plots ("WRES not equal to 0" will work as long as you did not specify
"NOAPPEND" on the $TABLE record.)
