Dear nmusers,
Could anyone tell me how i can predict the required dose of a drug at steady state based on final sequential PK/PD estimates from NONMEM. If I assume for example a target PD value of INR is 2.5. VKORC1 (and CYP2C9 polymorphism and AGE) affect PD (and PK) profiles.
