If interested please schedule a time to speak with our Executive Recruiter, Jay Chapman at [email protected]. *Associate Director/Director Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics* *Key Responsibilities* Serve as the representative for clinical pharmacology on global development teams. Create phase 1 clinical pharmacology protocols, analysis plans, and study reports. Participate in generating modeling and simulation plans and conducting population PK and exposure-response analyses. Contribute to the composition of regulatory submission documents. Deliver internal presentations of clinical pharmacology results and recommendations to cross-functional teams. *Job Requirements* Ph.D. in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field. 5-7+ years of industry experience. Proficient in pharmacokinetic and pharmacometrics software programs (e.g. WinNonlin, R, NONMEM, ADAPT, Monolix, Pumas, etc.). Possesses a comprehensive understanding of the clinical drug development process. Experience in bioanalysis, ADME, or PBPK is advantageous. *Senior Director Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics* *Key Responsibilities* Collaborate with clinical teams at all development stages, providing guidance on clinical pharmacology issues and influencing decisions. Utilize expertise in PK/PD and pharmacometrics modeling & simulation to inform dose decisions and lead early clinical programs. Manage multidisciplinary teams to integrate ADME, PK, and PK/PD data, guiding study design and initiation. Review and prepare regulatory documents, and evaluate internal data and literature for efficacy evidence. *Job Requirements* Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics. 8-10 years of industry experience. Strong knowledge of PK/PD, ADME concepts, and late-stage clinical development requirements. Proficiency in WinNonlin or similar pharmacokinetic and modeling software.
