*Head of DMPK/Clinical Pharmacology*
*Location: *MA
*Key Responsibilities:*
Oversee the design and implementation of clinical pharmacology studies.
Utilize expertise in modeling and simulation and drug metabolism to support
clinical pharmacology plans.
Oversee the design of in vitro and in vivo assays.
Manage CRO efforts.
Contribute to the PK/PD section of regulatory submissions.
*Job Qualifications:*
Ph.D. with 10+ years of industry experience.
Strong working knowledge of clinical pharmacology, DMPK, and bioanalytical
principles and applications.
Experience using modeling and simulation to conduct PK/PD analysis.
*Associate Director - Pharmacometrics*
*Location:* CA
*Key Responsibilities:*
Serve as the modeling and simulation expert on cross-functional project
teams.
Use modeling and simulation expertise to perform PK/PD, population PK, and
exposure-response analyses.
Perform binary data analysis, meta-analysis, among other analyses using
statistical models.
Inform dosage selection using the gathered data.
Generate reports to contribute to regulatory submissions.
*Job Qualifications:*
Ph.D. with 2+ years of industry experience.
Experience using statistical modeling approaches to analyze PK/PD, PK, and
population PK data.
Proficient using modeling software such as NONMEM, MATLAB, SAS, R, among
others.
