Does anyone have any non-proprietary code for examining basic PK as well as interactions with pre-clinical simultaneous administration of 5-10 drugs (congeners) for combinatorial drug screening? It struck me that evaluation of interactions between drugs within each grouping would require changing drug concentrations or deleting each compound in at least one animal, but perhaps the time-dependent change in concentration of each could be used as independent determinants of the clearance of others in the cocktail.
