Dear All:
How do I set up multiple dosing for the following scenario?
Patient is receiving an infusion of say, 100mg for a duration of 30
minutes. Also, 3 boluses of 10 mg. each of the same drug are administered
at an interval of 5 minutes.DV measurement begins30 seconds after the infusion.
Do I use EVID data-item to indicate the boluses or ADDL and II data items
for this problem?
Which one of this is best suitable to reflect concentrations from a
background infusion, intermittently supplemented by a bolus?
I shall be grateful for your thoughts and suggestions on this.

Hello Ram
You can use EVID to indicate the additional bolus doses. It is also better
to check this with simulations.
