I am putting together a review manuscript on the most influential papers on Pop PK-PD. I'd like to get other people's opinion on what they think those papers are. If you wouldn't mind I'd appreciate it if you sent a note indicating what you think are the most important papers in our field. This should generate a lot of traffic and should be fun. The FDA guidance doc on Pop PK (1999) contains a list of references, http://www.fda.gov/cder/guidance/1852fnl.pdf; many may still be relevant. It would be very useful to industry folks if your review also covers current regulatory guidance/requirements on PK/PD for drug approval.
