The FDA guidance doc on Pop PK (1999) contains a list of references, http://www.fda.gov/cder/guidance/1852fnl.pdf; many may still be relevant. It would be very useful to industry folks if your review also covers current regulatory guidance/requirements on PK/PD for drug approval.
