I have a question regarding IOV modelling.
I have a cohort of patients to whom a drug is given on 3 days consecutive
for 3 cycles (with 21-day interval). Blood samples are taken on each of the
3 days whithin each cycle. I would like to know if there is a way to code
simultaneously the inter-day and inter-cycle variability of any PK
parameter of interest (Clearance in our study). In other words, a way to
have two levels of IOV ?
