QuantPharm LLC (Leonid Gibiansky and Ekaterina Gibiansky) will present the workshop on Modeling of Biologics with Target-Mediated Disposition as a part of a 4-day series organized by ICON Development Solutions. The workshops will be hosted in Maryland (near Baltimore), April 8-11, 2014.
Days 1-2: Beginner/intermediate NONMEM / PDxPoP workshops (ICON)
Day 3 : Advanced Nonmem workshop (ICON)
Day 4 : Modeling Biologics with Target-Mediated Disposition (QuantPharm)
The TMDD workshop provides an overview of the PK of biologics, introduces target-mediated drug disposition (TMDD) modeling concepts, and discusses applications of TMDD modeling to drug development of biologics. Latest developments such as modeling of antibody-drug conjugates and immunogenicity, will be presented. NONMEM codes, inputs and outputs for TMDD modeling are provided to the participants.
