You can check the PK/PD server at http://pkpd.icon.palo-alto.med.va.gov where you will find the following directory ftp://pkpd.icon.palo-alto.med.va.gov/public/nonmem.dir/LOGIST.DIR/ and the necessary information.
Basically, you only need to get the ccontr and contr files, and specify $SUBROUTINES CONTR= contr CCONTR=ccontr in your control file.
