Dear NMusers
I have a dataset where a majority (53%) of the observations are below the LOQ.
As yet, I'm not able to tell you which phase(s) of the profile is affected, but
the data is observational and from neonates and is likely to due to low doses
(the data is actually of a formulation excipient).
The bioanalysts are exploring ways to improve the sensitivity of the assay,
however I was wondering whether in principle there is any impediment to
applying the likelihood based methods previously discussed in this forum, when
a majority of the data is BLOQ.
Your comments are greatly appreciated.
Kind regards
Hussain
