The Experimental Medicine department is based in Copenhagen, Denmark,
and is responsible for Clinical R&D of early phase drug development
projects. The continuing development of the company calls for an
additional pharmacokineticist to support the development of the
experimental medicine department.
Reporting to the Head of Experimental Medicine, the Pharmacokineticist
will provide leadership in pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics to
assigned projects and will represent the department in drug development
project teams.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Planning, designing and implementing pharmacokineticist studies,
including the PK/PD parts in clinical study protocols;
* Providing pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data analysis of
human data for all phases in the global development programs;
* Providing Pharmacokinetic and PK/PD input into clinical study
reports;
* Performing ad hoc pharmacokinetic tasks including giving advice
to other departments;
* Keeping abreast with regulatory guidelines relevant to clinical
pharmacology studies;
* Providing pharmacokinetic input in response to queries from
regulatory agencies.
