The Novartis Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Department is now hiring at its three sites in Cambridge (Massachusetts), East Hanover (New Jersey), and Basel (Switzerland). As recognition of our success in model-based decision support and data explication, Novartis has recently elevated M&S to report directly into the Head of Global Development Functions. In addition, we have been authorized to expand, hence this current hiring campaign. We are seeking senior or mid-career individuals with backgrounds in biological, pharmacological, or statistical modeling. Candidates with strengths in two or more of these areas are especially encouraged to apply, as are candidates with experience in decision analysis. We are also seeking programmers (Basel site only) with experience in data manipulation for M&S activities.
