IV and ORAL data fitted simultaneously

Howerver, the default dose compartments are different from each other for this two administration routes. Could somebody help me out for this problem? It will be greatly appreciated if you could show me a sample subroutine to fit this kind of data. Thanks! Wei Lu

At least, I would fit the iv data separately too and look if the disposition paramters are the same. If so, its OK, if not, your oral data have confounded the disposition function. Joern Loetsch
