Hi Atul,
this is not difficult.
Just take ADVAN6, write your model as usual, and put a depot compartment for the oral administration. I the data file, you have at the dosing record just to state where the dose goes. That is, in the central compartemtn in case of iv, in the depot compatemtn in case of oral.
