Dear NM-users,
I am evaluating the effect of a cytochroom P450 inhibitor on the PK
of drug A. Six patients have received drug A both with and without
the inhibitor in a randomized fashion. Full plasma concentration
profiles of drug A are available.
I am wondering whether it is neccesary/possible to estimate
interoccasion variability in clearance when evaluating the effect of
the inhibitor on clearance.
I would be grateful for your input.
