Subject: implementation of cosine function
Hello,
I recently ran into a problem trying to use a cosine-based model for cyclic hormonal levels. In the $PRED block, I defined a cosine model for population data as follows:
...
A1=(DAY-TMAX)*6.28/CYCLE
"A2=COS(A1)
...
DAY is the x-variable (time)
This way, the model cannot obtain an ETA on TMAX.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
