I will be grateful if you could supply me with the following information:
(1) a reference/s for the FOCE method (excluding NONMEM manuals).
(2) when using the FOCE method the % CV for linear Clearance of phenytoin increased from 46% to 96% when compared with the FO method. Can this be explained?
