Corporate travel budgets are static or shrinking for many. Discretionary
travel has been cut, limiting opportunities to present work at scientific
conferences. It is frustrating when we put significant time and effort into
the preparation of a poster, only to use it at a single event. If you are
facing these issues, the ISOP Poster Session Meeting is the solution that
you have been looking for.
The ISoP Poster Session Meeting will be held on December 4, 2013 at the
Bridgewater Manor. This meeting is designed to allow the local
Pharmacometric community a chance to re-present, and view, PMx advances that
have already been shown at other national or international meetings in a
casual, collegial atmosphere. No additional poster preparation is expected.
Original posters may be proposed as well, and will be welcomed.
The evening will be structured as a 2 hour poster viewing session, a
presentation on "What a Sr. VP Needs to Know about Pharmacometrics" by
Graham Lockwood of Sanofi, and dinner. Attendees will be invited to vote
for the Best Poster of the evening.
To submit a poster, please register at www.go-isop.org for the meeting, and
click the "I intend to present a poster" button. Application deadline is
November 26, 2013. Poster slots are limited.
Be sure to take advantage early bird registration up until November 22,
2013.
