Hello All
Could somebody suggest me some references which have PK-PD modeling
based on feed-back mechanisms. i.e., say we have two markers A and B and
the levels of A are dependent on the levels of B (based on physiological
mechanism). The drug has an effect on marker A.

The latest edition of the book by Gabrielsson and Weiner is a good source of
information about the feedback models.
