Dear NM users,
I installed NM7.30 successfully with gfortran in Windows 7 64 bit
circumstance and several test problems ran correctly . However, when I
installed WFN, a following error occurred for all test runs:
**********************************************************************
Fatal Error: Wrong module version '6' (expected '5') for file
'sizes.mod' opened at (1)
gfortran: internal compiler error: Aborted (program f951)
**********************************************************************
This error is very similar to that Pavel reported on NM7.20+XPOSE
several years ago.
Does anyone know how to fix this error?
Thanks,
Masaki

Masaki,
This problem occurs if you are not using the same gfortran compiler with
WFN that was used for installation of NONMEM. Please check carefully
your wfn.bat F77HOME location and your NONMEM setup method.
I am using Windows 7 64 bit with NM7.30 and gfortran 6 without any
difficulty. I have gfortran installed here:
set F77HOME=C:\Program Files (x86)\gfortran
C:\nm730\wfn7\run>gfortran --version
GNU Fortran (GCC) 4.6.0 20100620 (experimental) [trunk revision 161045]
Copyright (C) 2010 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
I recommend you use the latest version 733 of WFN which you can find here:
http://wfn.sourceforge.net/wfndown.htm
Please be sure to follow the instructions to include NMVERMIN in your
wfn.bat (see 8 December 2013 Version 731).
Best wishes,
Nick

Hi Nick,
Thank you for the suggestions.
I installed WFN733 and the version of the gfortran is the same as yours:
NONMEM 7.30 installation:
"compiler.txt" tells:
>>GNU Fortran (GCC) 4.6.3
>>Copyright (C) 2011 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
And from NM73+WFN DOS-window:
>>C:\nm73g64\wfn7\run>gfortran --version
>>GNU Fortran (GCC) 4.6.0 20100620 (experimental) [trunk revision 161045]
>>Copyright (C) 2010 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
Thus I found a minor version difference between the NONMEM installation
and usage in my NM7.30+WFN,
Thanks.
