Hi,
I am an intermediate NONMEM user really in need of help. I am
trying to implement both simulation and estimation using different
models in one run so that I can repeat the whole process a number
of times.

Kay,
I have posted the code for a problem similar to yours some time ago.
The $SUPER do loop is used. The models can be different but have to be
coded as special cases of a wider model. You can find the code in the
