If a drug has two forms (dosed with one form and converted to the other
over time) and I have the data for the two forms, can NONMEM model that
altogether? And how? Appreicate any comment. Thanks.

I would suggest letting the two forms be represented by two "compartment" with
interconversion rate constants.? In other words, treat this as you would if you
had parent and metabolite.
