Users, I know EVID=4 can reset the system. Does this resetting
also effect the endogenous compound steady state which

The very best way to answer questions like this is to set up
a simple test problem and determine the answer definitively
for yourself. Not trying to be a wise guy, but it doesn't take
but a couple of minutes and you will learn something in the process
that will stick with you longer than if someone just told you the answer.
