For me, It is not difficult to run the examples provided on the disks like control3. But how can I use an own data set and control file. What should I do?. How can I make it work. How can I convert a data set to an NONMEM readable data set. Regards, Ashraf Yassen

You can write your code in Word and save as in text form and your data set as csv form in excel (ID, TIME, DV etc). Make sure that all these files are in the RUN directory of NMV. You can then run NONMEM using the standard commands (nmfe5 ....txt ....out) etc. Rest all depends on the type of your data and your study etc. Best Atul
