I am working on a data set that we received from a local hospital. Some of
these patients received 400/500/600 mg IV infusions (30 mins) for every 12
hrs. However in few of these patients the dose was altered after couple of
days (600 decreased to 400mg) or the frequency was adjusted to 18 hrs .
How we have to create the dose records for these patients.
Since the dose,dosing period is not similar for all the patients, how we
can evaluate and validate the model?
