Data needed for teaching PKPD

From: Fatemeh Akhlaghi Date: October 31, 2008 technical
Dear NMUSERS I am teaching an Advanced Pharmacokinetics course (BPS670) to a group of PhD students in our graduate program in pharmacokinetics. The course will concentrate on teaching the students how to analyze a conventional PKPD dataset and interpret the information based on physiological and physico-chemical information available. However, I need a number of datasets so each student can be assigned a separate project to work on throughout the semester. I know this request is highly un-conventional but is anybody out there is willing to share some PKPD data with us obtained either in animals or human? All confidential information about the project can be deleted (i.e. drug name and sponsors identification) and we are willing to write a report on the performed analysis if there is any interest. Many thanks in advance and I look forward to hear from you. Fatemeh, You could look at 'The Resource Facility for Population Kinetics' - they have several datasets available (but I think mainly PK only): http://depts.washington.edu/rfpk/service/index.html BW, Joe
