Hello everyone
I am new at NONMEM and I just want to ask who to prepare a data file? What I
mean is that I have lots of concentrations for each patients and those are
not taken at uniform intervals. Is that ok? Also I am going to assume Ka
constant from the literature because the concentrations I have are supposed
to be trough concentrations but I am not sure they are trough!!
Any Ideas?
