Dear colleagues,
PIPET (Pharmacometrics Institute for Practical Education and Training,
http://pipet.or.kr) of the Catholic University of Korea developed PBPK
software called DAllPhin-AtoM (Drugs with ALLometry and PHysiology
INside-Animal to huMan). It can predict human PK parameters and plasma drug
concentrations based on many published methods. It seamlessly integrates
physicochemical properties, in vitro and animal data using PBPK and/or
allometric scaling approaches.
You can freely download software and a manual by accessing the URLs below.
The manual contains the screenshots and description of software,
references, release notes and abbreviations. The current beta version
(v0.9.3) is only for Windows (x64) OS.
