Dear all
I have a problem running a bootstrap in PsN. I originally ran a bootstrap with
the following command:
bootstrap --nm_version=6 -samples=100 -dir=bootstrap -seed=12345
-stratify_on=TYPE -run_on_sge -threads=100 psn.mod
That worked fine. Now I wanted to increase the samples to 1000, but of course
would like to use the first 100 that have already run. Changing the command to
bootstrap --nm_version=6 -samples=1000 -dir=bootstrap -seed=12345
-stratify_on=TYPE -run_on_sge -threads=100 psn.mod
produced the following error:
Fatal Error: The number of samples saved in previous run (100) is smaller than
the number of samples specified for this run (1000)
Does anybody know if there is a way to continue bootstrapping with the same
seed and being able to use the previous runs?
Best and thanks
Nele
