A short time ago Bill posted a tip on using the CONT data item. I cannot locate this
posting now (it's not in the Globomax list of NONMEM Tips nor visible by searching
the Cognigen archive).
I would be grateful if Bill (or anyone else) would send it to me. In particular I
would like to know what verbatim code is needed to access data items in a record
with CONT=1.
