Compaq Digital Fortran no more

Are there any compatability issues with NONMEM and Intel Visual Fortran 9? I did a search on NMUSERs archive and all I can find are discussion of Version 8? For some tasks the run time was much shorter compared to Compaq 6.6B. As our IT people said this was due to better optimization.
