Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics, Lead Scientist
I am currently working with a highly innovative, leading pharma with a current
requirement for a Lead Scientist within Clinical Pharmacology &
Pharmacometrics. I am currently seeking a highly experienced individual, who
would be confident acting within a role of significant impact, and able to
engage in a decisive role enabling study design and strategic leadership.

Position:
As Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics, Lead Scientist you will:
* Apply your Clinical Pharmacology and Development expertise to the
development within a range of therapeutic areas, including both small molecules
and biologics.
* Design and interpret studies within early, full and life cycle stages
within development. Develop and implement quantitative strategies in
collaboration with the development project teams.
* Provide leadership on Pharmacometrics strategy within both early and
late stage projects, and be responsible for the design and execution of
Clinical Pharmacology and modelling and simulation plans.
* Provide subject matter expertise within cross functional teams,
alongside health authority interactions and regulatory submissions. Collaborate
with colleagues to provide quantitative pharmacology support within
First-in-human dose selection and study design.
Qualifications:
* A PhD or PharmD within a relevant discipline
* Minimum of 7+ year's post-educational experience, with extensive
industry exposure.
* Strong experience within Clinical Pharmacology, alongside hands-on
knowledge of PK and PKPD modelling, using a range of software, such as NonMem,
Monolix and R etc.
* Experience handling clinical drug development studies using
biologics, would be highly desirable.
* Experience handling submission reports within regulatory documents,
and handling responses to health authorities.
