Job Description: Position Description and Responsibilities: As a member of
the Modeling and Simulation group, you will lead the design and conduct
population exposure response modeling analysis to investigate relationships
between drug exposure and safety, efficacy data for investigational new
drugs preparing clinical exposure response reports for regulatory agencies,
including the U.S. Food and drug Administration. Perform model based
exposure response simulations to optimize
the selection of dosing regimes that maximize efficacy and minimize adverse
reactions. Characterize exposure response relationships in special patient
population such as patients with renal or hepatic impairment using
population exposure response approaches to ensure the proper labeling of
dosing regimen, safety and efficacy. Develop novel modeling and simulation
methods by integrating knowledge and techniques from multiple fields,
including biology, clinical pharmacology,
Education Requirements:
Doctor of Philosophy degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences along with Three -
Five years of experience in Strategic
Exposure Response Modeling and Simulation, PKPD, SPlus, NONMEM or a related
field.
