Job Description: Position Description and Responsibilities: As a member of the Modeling and Simulation group, you will lead the design and conduct population exposure response modeling analysis to investigate relationships between drug exposure and safety, efficacy data for investigational new drugs preparing clinical exposure response reports for regulatory agencies, including the U.S. Food and drug Administration. Perform model based exposure response simulations to optimize the selection of dosing regimes that maximize efficacy and minimize adverse reactions. Characterize exposure response relationships in special patient population such as patients with renal or hepatic impairment using population exposure response approaches to ensure the proper labeling of dosing regimen, safety and efficacy. Develop novel modeling and simulation methods by integrating knowledge and techniques from multiple fields, including biology, clinical pharmacology, Education Requirements: Doctor of Philosophy degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences along with Three - Five years of experience in Strategic Exposure Response Modeling and Simulation, PKPD, SPlus, NONMEM or a related field.
