Subject: -big option on PC
Has anyone figured out how to use more than 50 records per individual on the PC? With the old nmfe in UNIX, it was the -big option, but I haven't had any luck linking all the right files using Powerstation Fortran.

If you are asking how to increase the number of observation records per
individual, you need to change the value 50 in the line:
PARAMETER (NO=50)
to the desired value in a handful of subroutines, and then recompile them. See NONMEM USers Guide - Part III, chapter III, paragraph 2.7 on page 20.
