The Division of Clinical Pharmacology, Department of Pediatrics, University of Utah is pleased to offer the 3rd Annual Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics workshops: This 4-day workshop series will cover clinical pharmacology associated with special populations; basic population pharmacokinetic /pharmacodynamic (PKPD) modeling and use of the statistical software R. June 25, 2014; 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Day 2: Clinical Investigator Training Workshop Theme: FDA's involvement in Clinical Trials June 25, 2014; 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm and June 26, 2014; 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Day 2/3: Statistical Workshop (includes hands-on sessions) Theme: R for Pharmacometricians and Pharmacologists June 26, 2014; 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm and June 27, 2014; 8:00 pm - 3:00 pm Day 3/4: Monolix Workshop (includes hands-on sessions) Theme: Introduction to Population PKPD modeling with Monolix For Whom It Is Intended. This workshop series is intended for pharmacologists, pharmacists, clinicians or graduate/postgraduate trainees wishing to understand and apply clinical pharmacology, population PK modeling or statistical tools for pharmacological data in their practice or research. This workshop series is also suitable for graduate students who are interested in pursuing a future career in clinical pharmacology or PK/PD areas.
