Overview: The position is within the Integrative Systems Biology group, which blends quantitative pharmacology with systems biology. It supports both pre-clinical and clinical drug development and focuses on population PK modeling and exposure-response simulations. Key Responsibilities: Perform population PK modeling independently. Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute predictive/descriptive analyses. Write modeling reports tailored to project needs. Lead internal discussions on modeling methodology and results. Stay updated on model-informed drug development trends. Ideal Candidate Profile: Education/Experience: PhD with 5+ years of experience, or MS with 10+ years of relevant pharmacometrics experience. Technical Skills: Proficient with NONMEM, Monolix, or nlmixR. Regulatory Experience: Experience contributing to regulatory filings (e.g., CTA, IND, NDA, BLA). Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative mindset. What Makes This Role Unique: Team has broad expertise: QSP, PBPK, AI/ML, mechanistic PK/PD.
