PAGE 2025 Registration Opening Announcement

Dear PAGE community member, Preliminary information regarding next year's thirty-third (33rd) PAGE meeting in Thessaloniki, Greece, is now https://www.page-meeting.org/default.asp?id=50&keuze=meeting. The event will be held at Thessaloniki Megaron Convention & Cultural Centre from 4th - 6th June 2025, with a welcome reception taking place on the 3rd of June 2025 from 19:30. Registration and abstract submission will open on Monday 20 January 2025, at 9:00 in the morning (CET). Enrollment and payment of the registration fee must be done through the PAGE https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.page-meeting.org/__;!!AoaiBx6H!zP6FEGaoMPaanN-dtZlrnRrNg2hQAXloecT9Qp0m9Siw_WKFGKAXpi2_9ac0PK7umEq419joRHBE3rw5O6EPxtgQ5A8$ by credit card or selected online payment options only. Please note that the registration fee is not refundable, not even in the extremely unlikely event of cancellation of the meeting due to force majeure and needs to be paid within 2 weeks of registration at the PAGE website or you will unfortunately be put on a waiting list. Replacements or substitutions will be accepted at any time. The abstract submission deadline is Monday 10 March 2025, and is the same for all submitted abstracts (Lewis Sheiner Student Session, orals, and posters) and there will be no option for late submissions. In practice, this means that any new abstract entered into the system after 23:59 CET on 10 March 2025 will be removed by the system administrator. Besides the regular oral abstract categories, there is a special oral abstract theme this year for which we invite oral abstracts with the title 'MIDD: Innovations, Successes and Lessons for Improvement', more information will be available on our website from next week. Students: if you wish to qualify for the student registration fee, you will need to upload a scanned copy of a signed letter of support from your supervisor indicating that you will be a full-time student in an MSc or PhD programme at the time of the PAGE meeting, and a scan of your current student card, at the time of payment of the registration fee, so please have this documentation ready in advance!
