Pharmacometrics Role

If interested please contact our Executive Recruiter, Jay Chapman at [email protected]. *Director of Pharmacometrics* *Location: *Remote *Key Responsibilities:* - Lead pharmacometrics efforts on multiple project teams and contribute to model-based drug development. - Collaborate with teams to select and advance pre-IND and early-phase assets. - Lead pharmacometrics activities: study design, execution, data interpretation, and modeling. - Support dose optimization and clinical study design through modeling and simulation. - Develop regulatory pharmacometrics sections for IND/NDA filings and pediatric plans. *Qualifications:* - PhD in Pharmacometrics, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field. - 8-10 years of industry experience. - Expertise in population PK/PD modeling and tools such as NonMEM, Phoenix NLME, R, or Julia. - Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology, drug development, and regulatory requirements. - Proven leadership skills in managing teams and contributing to drug development strategies.
