*Senior Director Clinical Pharmacology*
*Location: *Northeast - can be remote/hybrid
*Key Responsibilities*
- Oversee clinical pharmacology in development plans.
- Ensure clinical pharmacology deliverables for teams and studies.
- Develop strategies for model-based drug development and dosing.
- Manage dosing algorithms, including interactions and special
populations.
- Support regulatory submissions and oversee vendors.
*Job Requirements*
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacology, or related
field.
- 6+ years of industry experience.
- Experience in clinical pharmacology and/or pharmacometrics supporting
drug development specifically in precision oncology.
- Proven experience in engaging with regulatory authorities.
*Head of Pharmacometrics*
*Location: *Northeast - can be remote/hybrid
*Key Responsibilities*
- Serve as the pharmacometrics modeling expert for the team.
- Develop and implement mechanistic PK/PD models.
- Represent pharmacometrics in team meetings, presenting on modeling
data.
- Create pharmacometrics strategies for translational medicine.
*Job Requirements*
- Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Clinical Pharmacology, or related
field.
- 10+ years of industry experience.
- Experience developing pharmacometrics models.
- Proven leadership skills.
