Dear All, I am deeply saddened to hear this news. During my PhD in Minnesota, I had the privilege of engaging with Dr. Ludden through Skype interactions. In the advanced PK course taught by Dr. Bill Elmquist, we had a unique assignment to write an essay on the scientific impact and life journey of a notable scientist in the field of Pharmacometrics. I don't recall how I chose Dr. Ludden, but he was incredibly welcoming and generously shared numerous stories about his personal and professional experiences. I cherish those conversations and the insights he provided. I hope to find this essay in one of my emails, and if I do, I will share it with you Rest in peace, Dr. Ludden. Warm regards, Vijay
