Vice President of Pharmacometrics and Clinical Pharmacology opportunity

Hello Again, Ideally our client would like to see a candidate that has worked at a mid-sized pharmaceutical company that has built teams of clin pharm and pmx scientists. This role will require very strong leadership skills and will have very high visibility with the CEO, CSO and CMO. Our Client is in search of a VP Of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics. We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to join our organization as the Vice President of Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics. This key leadership role will be instrumental in driving the clinical development of our pharmaceutical products and ensuring the integration of pharmacometrics into our strategic decision-making process. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical pharmacology and PMx, exceptional communication skills to engage with high-level executives, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic leadership for the clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics functions. Collaborate with executive leadership to align clinical development strategies with overall business goals. Team Building and Management: Build and lead a talented team of clinical pharmacologists and pharmacometricians. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture. Identify talent gaps and execute effective recruitment strategies. * Broad familiarity with MIDD, QSP and other contemporary modeling based approaches for drug development. Thanks!
