The successful candidate will work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative and scientific environment, interacting with SERVIER scientists and external partners to advance the clinical development of projects in the different therapeutic areas of R&D. The proposed position will be located first in Suresnes (Headquarters) and then at our future R&D facility in Saclay, both in Paris area. Main missions of the position In close collaboration with the DMPK, clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics departments, as well as the other departments of Translational Medicine (TxM), the mission of the Clinical Pharmacokinetics department is to contribute to the knowledge of the PK of our products in order to guide decision-making and to participate in the implementation of clinical studies (choice of doses and dosages, management of PK interactions) up to the support of their registration and in post-marketing. The proposed position includes two types of activities: project team member and/or clinical PK expert. These activities will be carried out under the responsibility of the Head of the Clinical Pharmacokinetics Department. As a project team member, you will be in charge of ensuring that the proposed PK studies are in line with the objectives of the project. This function includes the following activities: * Steering the strategy of the PK activities, * Responsible for the communication and the overall organization of the project around pharmacokinetics. As a clinical PK expert, you will be responsible for building and deploying the clinical pharmacokinetic strategy of products in development with respect to clinical PK. This function includes the following activities: * Ensure the implementation of studies/projects (including the protocol preparation, follow up of the clinical part, ...), * Conduct or oversee the non-compartmental analysis, interpret, integrate and communicate this information in the PK knowledge, * Participate in the drafting of registration dossiers and answers to agency questions. Education and Skills Pharm.D. or Ph.D. with significant experience and training in clinical pharmacokinetics with > 5 years, pharmaceutical industry or CRO. Experience or training in modeling, pharmacometrics, oncology clinical development is a plus. Demonstrated experience in : * The clinical development strategy * Efficient work in cross-functional teams * Scientific understanding of the work of other R&D teams, particularly those at TxM * Knowledge of biological systems or pathophysiological processes Excellent communication in French and English. Experience in transverse teamwork on scientific and strategic fields.
