Post-doctoral fellowship/PhD internship in Longitudinal Pharmacodynamics Modeling at Precision Oncology Center, CHUV, Lausanne, Switzerland
Applications are invited for a position as pharmacodynamics modeling specialist at the Precision Oncology Center of the Department of Oncology at CHUV, Lausanne, Switzerland. The successful applicant will join a motivated and unique multidisciplinary team of researchers working on data-centered precision oncology, including machine learning and image analysis approaches. The work will be in close collaboration with clinicians and scientists at CHUV and the Merck Institute for Pharmacometrics, as part of a collaborative project called "Real-World Tumor Dynamics". The objective is to create pharmacodynamics models for the effect of immunotherapeutic agents, based on tumor measurements from semi-automated analysis of medical images (PET/CT/MRI), and on treatment schedules and other clinical covariates for retrospective CHUV patients. This is one-year Post-doctoral position, but depending on the level of expertise of the candidate, this could be combined as part of a PhD program.
