Dear all, We would like to invite you for the Radboudumc applied pharmacometrics Group course "Hands-on pharmacometric design and power analysis for clinical trials", for those in academia and involved in pharmacometric research. Date: May 4th 2018 Time: 10:00 to 17:00h Location: Radboud University Medical Center, Department of Pharmacy, Nijmegen, The Netherlands Fee: none! Prerequisites: 1. You have basic knowledge on pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics 2. You can independently perform pharmacometric analyses in NONMEM 3. You bring your own laptop and have NONMEM, PsN (version 4.7 or newer) and R with R-studio installed and functioning 4. You work in academia Content: There will be lectures and hands-on examples using stochastic simulation and estimation as well as monte carlo mapped power procedures for power and sample size calculations in clinical trials.
