* Role Summary
Working on a multidisciplinary team with the main responsibility of delivering
the quantitative components of the clinical pharmacology submission package.
Responsibilities
In this role you will provide Clinical Pharmacology expertise on
multidisciplinary development teams. You will work closely with clinicians and
statisticians to create clinical development plans that include assessments of
a drug's efficacy, safety, and commercial viability. In collaboration with
other quantitative clinical and nonclinical disciplines, the Clinical
Pharmacologist will integrate PK-PD knowledge from preclinical experiments,
clinical results, and meta-analyses of the literature to inform target
validation, human administration, and phase 1-3 study design and analysis.
Qualifications
o PharmD or PhD degree required for the position
o 1-2 years of industry experience (or equivalent)
o Proficient communication skills
o Strong quantitative skills (e.g. experience in mechanistic
modeling/systems pharmacology, literature meta-analyses, population modeling,
and clinical trial simulations) and expertise in clinical pharmacology and/or
pharmacometrics
o Knowledge of Nonmem, and R softwares required
