Registration is open for the Sixth Annual University of Utah Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacometrics Workshops in Salt Lake City, Utah.
This three-day program will feature speakers, hands-on sessions and an opportunity to present your own work and network.
Day 1 Messy Data and Model Building: Methods, Tools and Techniques for Insightful Research
A great lineup of speakers will provide examples of tools and techniques to deal with messy data, including:

* Introduction to Add-in Packages Add-ins: MASS, Hmisc, ggplot,lattice, WinBugs Combining Multiple Study Results: Meta-analysis
* Predictive Modeling: Why individualized medicine needs different techniques
* Implementing Causal Inference with R

Day 3 Introductory SimCYP simulator training
Workshop Leaders: Dr. Catherine Sherwin, Dr. Xiaoxi Liu, Dr. Joseph Rower and Dr. Jahidur Rashid
This introductory training will include tutorials and hands-on sessions. Topics to be covered include:
* Introductory simulator training
* Data importing and drug exposure prediction
* PBPK model development: methodology and implementation
* Whole-body PBPK model development
