In order to strengthen our Grnenthal Team, the Department of Pharmacometrics is currently looking for a (Senior) Pharmacometrician (m/f) at Grnenthal Headquarters in Aachen.
Responsibilities:
Perform population PK/PK-PD/PBPK analyses and knowledge management activities using internal, literature and summary data
Contribute to the development and implementation of model-based drug development strategies across projects
Ensure that performed analyses meet regulatory standards
Share analyses results with study teams, project teams and management by means of presentations and/or written reports and/or verbal input, as required
Provide effective partnership with peers, through mentorship/advice on technical issues
Ensure continuous development in Pharmacometrics
Ensure a steady flow of internal communication, scientific publications and congress communications on Modeling & Simulation
Profile:
University degree and/or PhD in Pharmacometrics and/or Pharmacology/Pharmaceutical Sciences/Life Sciences/Statistics with a focus on Modeling & Simulation
Hands-on experience in pharmaceutical Modeling & Simulation with in-depth knowledge of population PK/PKPD and PBPK approaches
Hands-on experience of NONMEM, R, MATLAB, GastroPlus/SIMCYP a.o. M&S software
In-depth knowledge of international guidelines and literature
Strong team player with clear insight into the need for project work and involvement of colleagues
Fluent in English
Good presentation skills
Self-motivated, proactive personality
Familiar to interactions with regulatory authorities (pre-IND, EOP2a, EOP2 etc.)
Experience of pain PK/PD modelling an advantage
